This includes projects such as painting, fence installation, deck construction, major landscaping projects, and any other improvement that effects the appearance of your home.

chevron_rightHow much are association dues in Hunters Glen North? As of 2021, annual dues for Hunters Glen North are $200/year with a $30 rebate if paid by January 31st. The Association's fiscal year runs from January 1st to December 31st.

chevron_rightHow do I pay my association dues? There are two options when paying your dues:You can send in a written check made payable to Hunters Glen North Homes Association. Please make sure that your address is somewhere on the check and send it to Home Association Solutions:PO Box 26145Overland Park, KS 66225You can also pay dues online by accessing the portal on the home page under "Pay Dues Online." This is a third party website so you will need to register before making a payment.
Property Maintenance

chevron_rightAre there property maintenance standards in Hunters Glen North? All property owners in Hunters Glen North are required to comply with the Association's Covenants. If you believe a property is in violation of the restrictions, please contact RJ Allen with Home Association Solutions at (913) 825 -0001 or rjallen@hasolutions.net. The Association Manager will investigate, determine if the property is in violation, and instruct the homeowner to take corrective action. If a homeowner fails to correct the violation, the Association may seek legal recourse in order to achieve compliance with the Covenants.
